After the baby comes ...

Large and in-charge!  170lbs ... yikes!
What's next?  After 9 months of doing absolutely nothing, I'm chomping at the bit (no more pizza!) to get my life back!

In order to keep some mental sanity I have set down a few goals for myself for the upcoming year...

  • May, June workout dvds to strengthen and tone lost muscles
  • July - September increase running miles, no structured plan just run 5-7 days a week easy with/without stroller. 
  • September  - Moose Mountain trail race (distance undecided)
  • October - March XCountry running series Calgary Road runners
  • November - May - Run run run - Calgary marathon 2015 here I come!!
